Eugene Agbimson, Managing Partner

Eugene Agbimson MBA, MS, CPA, Managing Partner- Agbimson & Co. PLLC 1992 to Present.He was formerly a partner in the accounting firm Slater, Kavitt and Agbimson until December1992. He served as Director of Finance and Administration at OIC International 1989- 1990. Previously he was an audit manager and the manager for foreign operations at the accounting firm of Lucas, Tucker & Company, CPAs 1983-1989.

Mr. Agbimson has been involved in commercial business, real estate companies and nonprofit organization consulting and auditing, as well as compliance and performance audits since 1982. He has extensive international audit experience and has performed audits in over 12 countries. He started his public accounting career with the firm of Blum, Lowery & Kessler, PC. He worked for many years with several leading international accounting firms on audits of US based client projects overseas.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs. He is also a member of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.

Currently seats on and/ or advises several Corporate Boards of Directors.

Jesse Arteche MBA, CPA, Associate Principal

Has over 15 years of audit experience in several local and national accounting firms as Audit Manager and Deputy Principal. He supervises government and non profit audits including A-133 and housing audits. He is also in charge of certain small business consulting. He has been involved in Federal, State and Local government Agency grant audits, nonprofit organizations, churches, real estate and pension audits. He was a Senior Financial Manager in various capacities in the service, government and not-for-profit sectors.
